Returns Policy

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and in the original packaging (If the tag is removed, refund will not be accepted)
  • Items must be returned in original condition e.g. unworn, unwashed, no scent
  • Items with any faults within the 14 days of delivery can be returned or exchanged. After the 14 days, returns and exchanges will not be accepted
  • Items must have all Primula tags attached
  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be returned at the customer’s expense
  • Items must be returned to; PO BOX 437, HYDE, SK14 9EN
  • All returns and exchanges will be checked every Saturday, so if items are sent to us on Friday for return OR exchange and they are not at our PO BOX by Saturday, they will be checked the following Saturday

  • SALE ITEMS - Items purchased in a sale period or at a reduced sale price are final. Refunds are not eligible for items purchased at sale price. Store credit will be issued for returned goods. Purchasing sale items is an acknowledgment of these terms
